Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "gw99ios", "platform", "we" and "services" refer to the gw99ios.net website together with all products, games and services offered under this brand. "User", "you" and "member" refer to any individual who registers or uses the platform.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement that must be met is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

gw99ios reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if there are signs of abuse or attempts to exploit promotion terms. Accounts showing irregular betting patterns will be reviewed.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value. Users must choose to accept the bonus at the time of deposit — bonuses cannot be added after the deposit has been processed.

Game and Betting Rules

gw99ios reserves the right to modify VIP programme benefits, cashback schedules or eligibility requirements by giving advance notice to the members concerned.

Liability Limits and Disclaimers

• Disruption to the user's internet service or connection
• Failure of the user's device or hardware
• Unauthorised access to an account due to user negligence
